Earn College Credit & Certifications
ARTICULATED CREDIT – By identifying comparable coursework, your high school has partnered with local colleges to create agreements that give you FREE COLLEGE CREDIT for the high school classes you are taking that have equivalent content as college classes.
DIRECT CREDIT/CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT – Students earn college credit by taking college-level courses taught by credentialed instructors at their high school. There is a fee associated with this type of credit

Business Management
Business Management focuses on the planning, organizing, directing and implementing the functions and processes of contemporary businesses and organizations. For those interested in business and related career fields such as owning a business, accounting, management, banking and finance, sales, marketing, office systems, medical records, etc. Employment opportunities are available in a variety of businesses and organizations.
Business Essentials
This course and Business Applications completes the basic Business Program and is recommended for all students interested in pursuing a career in all business related fields. Several simulations will be integrated throughout the course as well as other business topics such as human resources, financial statements, payroll software, proprietorships, partnerships and corporations, internal controls, and other pertinent accounting topics.
Financial Planning
This course will help students learn how to prepare to live and manage resources when living on their own. It will deal with sources of money as they apply to career choices, income taxes, food buying, comparative shopping, budgeting, renting an apartment or buying a home, and housing/renter’s insurance. Decision-making is stressed as it relates to lifestyles, income and needs. Budgeting, checking accounts, savings accounts, debit cards credit cards, and credit protection are presented.
Tech-Net
Whether you are entirely new to computing or have experience, this curriculum will help you develop a fundamental understanding of computers. Students will create websites and other social media communications for personal and business use. This course meets Online Learning Experience
Microsoft Applications
A “hands-on”, individualized approach to learn computer applications focusing on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Students will be prepared to take the Microsoft Certification test in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook Specialist, and Word and Excel Expert.
Microsoft Applications II
A continuation of Microsoft Certifications giving students a chance to certify in the expert level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Digital Media
This class focuses on being creative, thinking outside of the box and learning a variety of artistic concepts creating digital design projects in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. Course counts towards fulfillment of the Visual, Performing and Applied Arts Requirement
