Invitation to Bid: Agriscience and Spray Booth Renovations
This work includes, but is not limited to:
Selective demolition, concrete, paint, windows, ceilings, doors, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work per the plans and specifications along with other miscellaneous items as identified in the construction documents.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference meeting will be held at the job site on Wednesday, July 31, 2024,at 10:30 a.m. local time at Alpena High School, 3303 S 3rd St., Alpena, MI 49707. For directions, contact APS Central Office, at (989) 358-5000.
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent, at Alpena Public Schools – Central Office: 2373Gordon Road, Alpena, MI 49855 until 2:00 PM, EST, Thursday, August 8, 2024. At that time, bids will bepublicly opened. Bids received after the date and time specified will be returned to the bidder, unopened.
