Bill Romstadt Scholarship Fund
The Bill Romstadt Scholarship Fund. Bill Romstadt devoted the last 61 years to teaching at Alpena Public Schools. He has also taught for 20 plus years with Alpena Community College. He is a very proud Marine who has served his country and is very active in several service groups. Bill has been very active in coaching and athletics who has served our district proudly for over half a decade. Our goal is to fund a scholarship in Bill's honor to an area youth who plans to attend ACC who has been a positive influence on our community.

He continues to substitute teach throughout the onset of COVID, and is very proud to work with our students on a daily basis.
